They are Showing Final Fantasy 7: Advent Children, then as he person is still casual talking about the bluerays (capacity bla bla) you notice there's an UI. No they are updating Halo. The battle rifle is getting an upgrade as well as various other weapon tweaks.

I doubt it, They want everyone to be able to watch it. though you can check right now. Turn on your Xbox, Login, go to the Home tab, select the center tile (it should say "Xbox: a new Generation Revealed). It'll prompt you to download the Xbox Live Event Viewer.

Once its done downloading, if you can open it you'll be fine.
