I hope that my store has a fishing rod on the first day, that's definitely my most used item in Animal Crossing. Nothing beats a nice day of fishing and raking in the Bells. I haven't played the Wii version yet, but I'm assuming the store still is gonna function like it did in the GCN/DS versions where you only had one 'tool' and a small shop initially for sale, right?

My idea? Close to launch, when the OT is posted, start fresh and have everyone post their FCs to a list there. Just have them updated in the OT.

I totally forgot about that money rock lol. I remember there's a trick to having it done in a right way for it to be extra rewarding. Like being cornered and the rock or rather the backshock (forgot the term for it), and you can keep hitting it without being pushed away too far.

Yeah, dig a hole around you so you don't get pushed back, and you can get more hits in. I always loved that trick.

Not really sure what we should do with the spreadsheet. I see two options

1) Copy the old responses over to a new form spreadsheet. The problem with this is that we have to give up dream code and fruit listings in it since nobody can edit their old entry. (unless whoever runs the list wants to manually edit everyone's listing when they ask.... I'll pass....)

2) Start a new form spreadsheet all over from scratch but this way we can have dream codes and fruit listings because Google Docs gives you a link to edit your response after you fill it out. If you save the link, you'll be able to edit your fruit and dream code fields later.

What would you guys prefer? Unless there's a better solution I haven't thought of.

EDIT: I messed around with option 1 and tested it... The new form entries are placed at the top above the previous entries. :\

I'd not be surprised someone would want to delete that friend just get that other friend that has the rare fruit lol. Then again... that's a LOT of friends so I'm sure everyone's fine.

It's still possible that a lurker did it. Email tags can be seen by anyone if s/he decides to see the page's code, which you can do on almost all web browsers.

I have never played a game in this series, so can anyone tell me a bit about it and how easy it is for a newcomer to get into these games?

Basically, it's like the Sims, only cuter and less pretentious. You build your own house, befriend the neighbors, fish, collect bugs, dig up fossils... All sorts of fun stuff. New Leaf adds the fun little bonus of you being the mayor of your town. This allows you to build things and improve your town as you see fit.

Also, Tom Nook sucks monkey balls for nickels.

That's really all you need to know.
