They didn't mention what resolution these games are running at. All I noted was that Cod was 60fps.

It's not really 3 OSes.
There's a hypervisor which sits on the bottom and two "real" OSes that sit on top, one for games and one for the system/apps. Game developers will focus on the "game OS" VM while app developers will focus on the "system/apps" VM.
Microsoft wants their box to be as seamless as possible which is why they've partitioned their resources with virtual machines.

Both XO and PS4 have same ahitecture of GPU [and according to VERY RELIABLE rumor, same clocks]. Difference is XO has 12 Compute Units [main workforce of the GPU] and PS4 has 18. 50% more.

No, I'm using from VGA leak. It seem well match the list.
Most of the rumors have pointed to this, and seeing that almost all have com true, 3GB reserved for the OS seems likely.
