A few weeks back, an MP3 was #1 in one of these same charts (albeit for another department on Amazon) for quite a while, that MP3 entered the official weekly chart that following sunday at #43.

You do have a point. The graph doesn't really add anything and hasn't it already been shown that price cuts don't boost sells.
Why did they add +price cut bump? Where is the evidence that shows that the prices cuts have stopped failing to do anything? Why are so many people trying to push this off on the price cut? Why was that edited into the thread title?
I wanna see some data that specifically point to this price cut causing a sales jump despite the fact that the dozens of others did not.
