Iwata would be an awesome last name, unfortunately no ;)

2 listings in the entire country, both are me (current address and an older address). At least it'd only be a 50/50 chance of someone getting it right on the first try....

but you forget to white other name out. I see Sean J
ason.

I'm so glad this is on tuesday at midnight instead of the usual 2am wednesday. So glad I have wednesday off.

It's gonna be e3 2004 and e3 2010 all over again. Just nothing but games, games, games.

Oh boy I sure hope I'm onto something here!!!!

lol nah... I'm not too worried about it at this point. I don't think I've done anything on gaf that would make anyone want to hunt me down and erasing it at this point is like closing the gate after the chickens threw bombs into the ocean or some stupid saying like that.

Plus I still have that 50/50 chance ;)

(edit) On second thought... doesn't hurt to not leave the target there... whoooosh.

3 peoples with names similar to mine (actually, I have two family names, and 0 have the same combination as me), and none of them is me (I don't live in the US) ;)

But it's VERY funny that there is a small blurb explaining the origin of one of my family name at a level that I have found out only two or three years ago... that also explain the origins of my ancestors. xD

This is what happens when I don't have my glasses on when I'm editing pictures. As I said, I'm not especially worried about it... I'll just be careful about opening any packages from strange addresses for the next couple months ;)

Anyways, back to ninten-hype.

I don't trust making my own bingo card... I'm a terrible cheater at such things... I'd likely set it up to get bingo in the first 5 minutes of the conference.

I don't think I can make a bingo card. I would make mine to win and not be outlandish. :p

Also, do people actually see if their bingo card has a bingo after a conference or something?

Every time I see it I get the urge to buy Wii U but I must resist. Can't buy a console for two games, WWHD and Pikmin 3. I can't.

In all seriousness, Lego City is a legitimately great game. If you're at all into open world GTA-style games, it can sit at the same level as the two games you listed.

Are we expecting anything from Konami? Or is that relationship almost dead outside of a few complimentary words here and there?

What about Capcom?

As for Zelda, whatever direction it goes in I am all in! Say what you want about TP or SS, both games were still IMO better than 95% of the stuff put out there. Might not have been the best Zelda games, but with so many varying opinions on what people want from their Zelda, I doubt Nintendo can ever release a Zelda game that satisfies everyone's tastes.

To me Majora's Mask was the best Zelda game every created. I would for them to go back in that direction. The game made all the side quests and NPC important and fun to help. Still I have loved all the Zelda games for different reasons and the reviews by and large reflect the overall quality of the series. Can't wait for whatever they have in store.

With all that said no way in hell do they show Zelda this E3, even in trailer format. They have enough big games to show in 3D Mario U, Mario Kart U, Smash Bros 4, Retro's game, other 2nd party games, and possibly a cool 3rd party game or two. It would also completely cut the any hype from Wind Waker HD. Now if they also want to announce a Majora's Mask HD....HNNNNGGGG!

I can only second this. I've put 67 hours in Lego City, probably the biggest amount of fun I've had all year

I never got the full story on this list. Where is it from? What is it really and why should we believe it?

Any of those games been confirmed? Appreciate the answers and also if you a link to the list!

I am going to issue a challenge to whoever make good avatars.

I want Dark Pit aka Pittoo (Kid Icarus) with Only for Nintendo. free reign on whatever you want to do with avatar.

came from this GAF user who, on launch day, accidentally had access to miiverse admin/moderator stuff and snapped pics.

Super Mario Wii U -> confirmed (duh!)
Metroid -> ???
Zombie -> confirmed (ZombiU, it was also listed as Zombie in early retailer leaks)
Yoshi's Island Wii U -> confirmed (Yoshi's Yarn)
Flipnote Studio -> confirmed (Flipnote 3DS)
Donkey Kong -> confirmed (Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D)
Wii Fit -> confirmed (Wii Fit U)
Soul Hackers - confirmed (Soul Hackers 3DS)
Resident Evils -> confirmed (Resident Evil Revelations)
Metal Gear Solid -> ???
Final Fantasy 3 -> ???
Dragon Quest 10 -> confirmed (Dragon Quest X)

I personally still see a slight chance for MGS V to land on Wii U. It's tiny but it's there ($$$).

Some of these could be Virtual Console titles, though, since we have no idea how this list was used. Of course it could all have been made up placeholder games.

Are we sure the debug list is for wii u games only?

No it was pretty clear that it was both due to the presence of Flipnote and Soul Hackers. Not surprising, too since Miiverse is headed to 3DS so newer games might have already been in that database. If it's based on actual things, of course.

Why would the put 3DS games there since Miiverse is not a 3DS feature? I don't know, I think that's some random games the developers threw in for testing purposes or whatever. Some of them may be real like Zombie, other may be completely invented like MGS or FF...

I'm on the phone so I can't post the image, but it was a debug menu pic, with names of Miiverse Communities. It was found by a gaffer who managed to find a security hole (IIrc it was pretty easy to get to the debug).

It had games like Yarn Yoshi (confirmed later on a ND), Soul Hackers (3DS), Metal Gear, Resident Evils, Metroid, Donkey Kong (DKCR 3D), Final Fantasy 3 and some more I don't remember.

How could it be considered random when 75% (9 out of 12) of the franchises listed have been already linked to real games in development or already released?
