I also fixed the fruit icons to be smaller. I found Banana and Durian and fixed them into a nice icon.
They're perfectly sized and visible enough for anyone to slap onto their avatar. :3

This is true. Was cleaning my friend's list yesterday and found out a friend of mine sold his 3DS like three months ago. He was still on my list all derpy as ever. I had no clue. I only found out because I sent him a text asking.

I thankfully have a Best Buy not even five miles from me that they're used to me checking out their NintendoZone. And Denpa Men. Makes my gent a little uncomfortable sometimes. *chuckles*
Yay for the town tune thing... I should figure that out now. Was originally thinking Cowtown but I might go with Nagrand. My last town's name was Mulgore.

Nothing is ever guaranteed but I think the success in Japan and all of the rallying around it being announced for the US and EU made it pretty clear there's strong demand.
When it releases it will be the only thing on the frist page, GAF has spoken.

The game selling out so quickly in Japan indicated that they weren't prepared for it. Though I feel they're quite a bit wiser right now, at least NoE is because they're pushing a "large TV campaign from launch which will run across the summer".

I have a 3DS right now but I'm getting the XL Bundle. I'm going to transfer my data to it. Will my friend code stay the same? Also, did not know Durians are in this game. My wife from Singapore will be pleased, haha.

I system transferred my Cosmo Black 3DS to my XL 2 weeks back -- my friend code stayed exactly the same.

Well, I'm 30, have spent 15 years listening to and playing heavy metal music (guitar) and I could hear every tone. 22 downward. Maybe it was my headset, I dunno. Yay! I'm not deaf!

How's the battery life on everyone's machine these days?
My 3DSXL is only a week or two old, and to be honest I'm not hugely impressed with the battery life. I never use the 3D, but the WIFI is on almost all time.
I'd say I'm getting 4 or 5 hours out of ever charge, and that's just playing around on Swapnote.
