Woah. This thread really exploded! Philia, I got our PM, but didn't really understand. Where's the new list? I am GMT, by the way, and not a time-traveller.

Also, what's this Swapnote trick?

I've heard that volume as well as some games (like wario) eats up power. :\

The link is broken since I've updated thrice! Welcome back. GMT is your hours (so we won't bug you during your sleeping times) and I'm assuming you're in UK and your GMT is 1.

Double check your FC on my list for me please.

Yup. UK. And the code is spot on. You can turn it purple.

And what do you know! A couple of people had deleted me from their friend list! The cheek of it. And one of them posted on the previous page. Awkward.

I'll reiterate again, purple means your FC is confirmed correct and safe to add. Peach/Yellow/White is unconfirmed.
 
Oh; I wonder if those people that seem to have defriended us just don't use swapnote? Then again, why wouldn't you!?

My 3DS is not "open" and my time zone is -5. Please either correct it or remove me
 
About to head to Comicon. I'm going dressed up as the player character from AC! Time to get street passes out the ass and try and complete the New Leaf puzzle!
 
I was just thinking, this thread has a large amount of people over 20 and every time I street pass people, they seem to be adults as well. (Beards, etc. Plus I've met a few of them afterward). Why then, do people always believe Nintendo games/consoles are for kids? I think I've 'passed literally one kid the whole time I've owned a 3DS. I'm beginning to believe that Animal Crossing is an adult's game, wrapped in a candy coating.

How often are you heading to elementary schools?
 
If nothing else AC has opened me to the world of Swapnote. I went from 2 people in my friends list to 65, with ten still pending. This note train don't stop. It's also a sausage train because it's full of dudes.

Another thing I find interesting is that being someones friend offers very little information which I find odd, streetpass people literally tell you where their from and their info card gives DOB and everything.

lol I live near two schools I pass every day, work in a big box electronics store ( >.> ) which is across the street from a mall I'm constantly in.... I figured I would've had some kids on my list. It's all university students and random passers-by.
 
Well, I finally made the pre-order via Amazon. I wasn't sure if I should just go in store and buy day one, or wait for the prime shipping to save the $5. I ended up going with the latter because I'm cheap. Though I believe Amazon Prime should offer day one shipping when you're pre-ordering. Oh well, I'll be joining the rest of you on the 12th!

I've noticed that I'll pass by kids and not StreetPass them. I will see their 3DSes open and not get anything. Then I feel like a creep because I want to grab their systems from them and check their settings while shouting "I wanna tag you, dammit.".


Thinking out loud: Hmmm... seems I only had one person on my list from the old SwapNote thread that my note didn't go to. Not too bad.
