it has been now 4 weeks that i bought my 3DS XL and i am very happy that i made the decision to buy it . I have skipped the DS and was not playing a lot of Wii besides the usual suspects ( Mario Galaxy 1+2 and Zelda )

Have you bought some of the DLC for FE? And replaying it with various combinations of supports and marriages can add for a greater length of time. 200+ hours here myself.

Nope, they're all available PER SEASON(S). Some fish wouldn't show up during the day either and ditto vice versa.

For example, here's a section for a shark.

When I was younger, I got angry easily. I would play Snoopy Tennis laying on my bed, on my stomach, and one of the characters (I think Snoopy himself) was a bitch to beat.

I would move my GBA away and slam my head into the mattress in frustration. One time, I forgot to move my GBA, and... yeah.

Fibbed and told my parents I dropped it in order to get a new one.

I was a terrible child.

I buy my decals from a store called Decal Ninja on eBay (http://stores.ebay.com/Decal-Ninja). They've got a ton of game and anime-themed decals available. They'll let you pick size and color by sending them an ebay message after you order (Mine is a 2" black decal.)
