Animal Crossing: New Leaf comes out in a month.

Objectively, I'm sure New Leaf is absolutely the best AC game (by a wide margin too). The ONLY thing missing that would make some people put the GC title above this one is the lack of NES games. Considering most folk prefer WW to the GCN one anyway (I don't), I see zero scenarios where this isn't universally considered the best in the franchise.
In fact, I think the only problem some of us veterans will have with the series is slight remnants of franchise fatigue. But hey, if we can get over that problem with Pokemon games, for example, we can sure as hell get over it here.
Still, I'm so absurdly jealous of anyone whose first Animal Crossing experience is going to be with New Leaf. You all are in for the GAME OF THE FOREVER

Is there a particular reason why there shouldn't be duplicate town names, out of curiosity?
No reason, but it might be confusing however.
I claim Filgaia. Though, I doubt anyone will really know what that is anyway.

The results area of the form submission has drop-down menus, so if there are potentially duplicate town names, anyone can hop on the site and select that Town Name from the list, and the list will filter to only display the users with that given town name. Should eliminate some of that confusion, I hope!
Because when you open your gate you only see their 3DS names and their Town names to visit. Now there's a problem earlier when someone said there could be a bunch of Hyrule towns and a bunch of "Justins". So there's a problem right there. I rather to prevent possible griefing effort as well as confusion as well as keeping it on the narrow. It should force people to be at least be original or at least be very considerate about what they're going to name their town because its going to represent their town overall.

If you can bring it down to 32/32 you can try and make it yourself, but I've found no way to transfer it.
I used this and shrunk it to 32x32 and then made it myself in the program using the closest colors I could find.

Okay, I got some concerning issues I need to address. A member had shared a concern with me about the lewdness in this thread in a swapnote and that a little child gotten ahold of it and showed it around the family. So this is a Rollo Larson worst case scenario that did happen.
So I'm going to ask you guys, do you think I should put up a column saying it is Kids Safe? Or is this asking too much? Members could ask for a PG rating or expect of this nature could put that down. OR should we do the reverse, do we want "R" rating towns to be listed?
The question is... should I do "Kids Safe" or "R Rated" column to avoid another incident like this? Personally I'd ask if this 3DS is being shared anyway.

I would go with asking if the 3DS is shared or not.
Then an "R-rated" column.
It doesn't necessarily stay in swapnotes. I'm saying the name of the town or the name or even the language or texture tiles can be very very offensive in one's town. So... yeah. I don't know what I'm supposed to do here. I can't tell people to watch their 3DS closely. -.-'
