This is a port. It's just that it's a Windows port and not a PlayStation 3 port.

Actually, going by the original announcement by the developer it doesn't sound like this is a pure port, more like an iterative sequel.

Well, the acknowledgement of the twitter campaign is better than nothing at this point. I would think if they plan on dropping disappointment bombs at E3, they wouldn't make lighthearted jokes about the DRM issue. We'll see.
