I read that you'll eventually unlock bushes which you can plant to achieve a barrier at the low, low price of 120 Bells a bush.

Man. I hate when you go to bed tired but keep waking up for dumb reasons all night.
For some reason Jerry Bruckheimer wanted me to film some monologues in a tiny boat on the ocean. But then some old Korean dude was trying to sink the boat by catching sea bass and whipping them at the dinghy I was in.
I was using ArtRage for that one. I had forgotten I had it installed because lately I've mostly been in Photoshop or Painter. Maybe I'll try drawing some more after work and making something better.

I think that's only a 'fence' as in a couple fences in a square where you can put flowers in. It's not a fence you can place along a path so you can't step on 'em anymore.
It's a special place for flowers.

Yep, the only "catch" is that the first person is the only mayor and the other three characters are just residents who can do everything besides the mayor functions I think.
