Sorry if I don't send out enough notes, those of you whom I have added. I have two jobs and pick up overtime when I can, so sometimes I got for a bit without responding.

Who dared remove you, MicH??? Wow.
Name will be Sergio; should be close enough to GAF username for people to recognize. Town name will be Madera, where "life is wood".
I did have to remove 3 or so friends who hadn't been online for many days though. No hard feelings?

I was thinking, if we all dressed up like animals and spoke animalesse but still understood each other, and we all lived in a town together near a forest, then maybe, just MAYBE we wouldn't need New Leaf. Let's try it.

I'll hop on a train right away. I'll know I'm close when I see a giant cat approaching me.

Finally had a chance to change my friends settings. I should show up as online now with MK7 as my favorite title.

I have Wario Land 3 as my favourite game as a revenge because my beloved Americans can play this game before me, but then I realize I have only a few people from America in my friend list.

I looked up the New Leaf event at Nintendo World. It clearly says that they are selling the game and the bundle a day early as supplies last. I guess I will go! :P

I need to get around to adding more people to my list.

Also, I need to get around to actually doing stuff with my 3DS besides having it sit on my nightstand.

Quick FAQ
To further induce hype, I'll be running an AC: City Folk stream every day until release. You can watch, mellow out to the music, join in the chat, or if you have a copy of the game (NA or EU regions work) you can register my friend code and hang out on the stream.

Q: Where can I watch the stream?
A: http://www.twitch.tv/marriedtoletsplay

Q: What times will the stream be on?
A: 5pm EST (that's 2pm PST or 9pm GMT)

Q: Are you playing on an emulator or...?
A: A real wii using an Avermedia digital capture card and xsplit to stream gameplay

Q: What's your friend code?
A: 0992-2728-6006. If you want to join my town, just put your AC:CF friend code into stream chat.

Q: What if I want to chat?
A: Just click on the stream link and create a user name for twitch if you don't already have one.

Q: Will you stream New Leaf?
A: I would love to, but I lack the proper hardware to capture 3DS video and unfortunately it's fairly cost prohibitive for a free web series like ours (approx $400 before shipping). We will look into acquiring it down the road, but for now we're limited to streaming from console based games.

Pre-show (tweaking of video/audio) starting now, gates open at 5PM EST (approximately 10 minutes), estimated length of the stream today is 1 hour.

Almost forgot how excited I was for this game. We first saw it three years ago at the unveiling of the 3DS at E3 2010. It looked like this back then.

It released in Japan late November of last year, and I know there was a GAF thread for those importing the JP version, a thread which was the epitome of my envy!

It's typical that, this being my most hyped 3DS game, it becomes the AC title that takes the longest to get localized (discounting maybe the original). I think it's a good example of why Nintendo should announce closer to release dates, the wait becomes unbearable! With this as well, we finally get every 3DS title that was announced at that event! (Bar Saints Row/Assassins Creed...)

So yeah, one month until our 3DS Activity Logs become huge green bars, and Summer only becomes a season in which to catch a Shark with a wooden fishing rod.

this op does not say what the game is about.
