I never understand the gripe and hell stories with Gamestop. All of mine are quick and painless.

Most of my long trips at Gamestop were due to there being one employee at the counter and a guy trading in a huge stack of games or a parent that didn't understand games asking a lot of questions and stuff

I complain because 1) used to work for them 2) most of the ones around me around me don't understand when they're either being rude or pandering 3) I've heard them lie to customers and 4) I've heard them put down developers with made up non-sense.
So I try not to go there unless it's an emergency.

Ha, I had to decline so many preorder offers and XBO/PS4 "first to know" notifications. The employees are relentless at my GS. But it was worth it to be able to trade in some stuff at the 30% bonus for preordering.
I loved them as a kid, but I never managed to finish them back then. I actually lost them both, so I re-bought Seasons, and then I accidentally left it out in the rain...
I was a pretty careless kid...

Oh man this annoys me to no end. The few times I do go into a Gamestop there is only one person working and someone has bags full of trade ins. It has caused me to walk out on more than one occasion.
