I don't. Much better to let the hype build to insane levels and then see things get wild over the live feed! Or be severely let down once again, but I have a feeling that won't be the case this year.

I'd really like them to Pacman Championship Edition it, and change up the game keeping the mechanics and visual style but adding crazy variables.
Introduce things other than races for example. Cool little mechanical things.
Something to make it, it's own thing, and not a NFS clone.

Cerny should be the one that talks about the ps4 architecture and then intro more devs to the stage to show what game they are pretending to work on.
I wouldn't mind the same old RR that I'm used to. Unbounded tried something a little different but I couldn't get excited.

Question: I've always watched Sony E3 conferences via live stream on my computer and it was ok, but this time I am planning to watch on my TV via PS3. How is the quality of the PS3 stream? I have a good internet connection so I was wondering which is the best way to watch the event since I've never watched any even like this on my PS3.

I don´t think they will deliver, every year people are hyping themselves up for Sony´s E3 conference with the craziest stuff
(In comparison with MS's E3 threads, well this year they are getting also ridiculous for MS...FIFA Xbone exclusive? Really?) Also, with MS throwing cash everywhere I expect them to have the advantage (game-related)But maybe it's just the absence of (credible) rumors that are keeping me a bit sceptical.

Yeah I'd be fine with RR8 plain too. And Unbounded was of no interest to me either.
Drive Club doesn't do much for me. I can't get excited for licensed cars. Means damage will be crap. The only licensed car game I play is Gran Turismo.

Oh yeah I completely agree. I don't even expect Cerny to show again in all honesty. I'm just talking about big hardware related announcements, as I expect it to launch at $499.
$399 and a worldwide launch in November and that's a 'megaton' to me.

IDK if they would wait till November. Right now I think its a game of cat and mouse with MS and Sony.
They may want to jump out ahead and release in early OCT but then again, if you release closer to the holiday, you could get a boost from that. Alternatively, if you release too late, all the hype might be built up on the console that launched first.
Tough to say.

its really hard to release it with some of the major blockbuster titles coming out later this year. mid november sounds good time to launch. gives it time to build up momentum and these kids can add it to their christmas list.

TV sounds like Spike only and I assume everyone and their mother will have a stream. Gamespot, Giantbomb, IGN, GT, etc.

Stream only. Spike didn't bother getting broadcast rights for Sony's presser.
Last year I watched it on my TV via my PS3 and the quality was dreadful. Would not recommend unless they come out and say it will be good quality this time around.

The only thing that I do wish Sony would do is just get all of the PS3 games out of the way before E3. Though I guess it could be possible that whatever they have for PS3 could be cross platform. If its PS3 exclusive though it does not need time during their conference, even more so when you consider all of the stuff that they need to address for PS4, and the rumors of Vita having a good show.

That's what I'm wondering as well.
I think they will show PS3 stuff, but will keep it to a minimum (they can't waste that chance of advertising TLOU after all), then (hopefully) 15 - 20 minutes for the Vita to announce a price cut and some games and then 90+ minutes all for PS4.
