Haven't heard conclusively. I am going to assume we won't have traditional co-op because I don't want to be disappointed if we don't get it (and honestly, I'd be surprised if we DO).

How are the Disgaea games? I own the first for the PS2 but I kinda want to check out the PSP ports and maybe even the Vita version of 3. Loved the first one and enjoyed quite a bit of the game mechanics but I hate the idea of sitting in my room cooped up in front of a TV. Do the PSP ports run alright on the Vita? And how is the port of the 3rd?
I don't know how much you remember from the PS2 version, but the Disgaea games have always been very complicated SRPGs. The game throws a lot of game mechanics at you, and it can be difficult to take everything in at once. You should be able to get through most of the game (post-game included) without having to worry about some of the more complex parts though.
Disgaea 3 is one of the best ports on the Vita IMO. It includes all of the DLC in the original PS3 version.

Ok guys, I fucked up and had my credit card details saved on my PSN account. So my 4 year old was playing Frobisher says on my Vita and it turns out she managed to get out of the game and into the store and she bought fucking Call Of Dute: Declassified. For 50 fucken Euro.
So yeah, feel free to mock etc....
Do you guys know if I contact Sony and tell them about this mistake they can reverse the charges? Or maybe cancel the purchase of CoD and just credit me with 50 Euro?
I already talked with my credit card guys and they said they can't reverse the charges themselves, I gotta talk with Sony. Do you guys know who do I have to talk to about it?
Any help/pointers would be greatly appreciated

If you get your credit card to reverse the charges Sony will ban your account.
You could try contacting Sony of course, try not to play the game in the mean time.

Yeah, my credit card guys said they can't reverse the charges anyways. My best bet would be to talk with Sony indeed. Trying to look up any contacts to talk with since my account is EU-Greece.

Same thing happened to me and Battle Royale. Just chalk it up as a learning experience and change your options to require your password on checkout.

Contact with Sony support - they should be able to refund those 50 euros to your psn account.

Oh yeah, I just cleared all my credit card info from the SEN account that very moment.
I really don't want the CoD game though, like not even to try it out. I don't want mah money back, I just want to be able to buy something else. I didn't even download the damn thing, since there's no space left on my 8 gig card :lol

So can I activate a download code purchased from GameStop on my Vita? Or do I need a PS3 for that.
They have the original Disgaea download for $10 and I have credit left there but I don't want to buy that if I can't redeem the code on my Vita.

D1 & D2 had excellent PSP ports, presumably that's what he means.
Worst case scenario, you could enter the code from Media Go. But you could enter codes on the PSP, I dunno why you couldn't on the Vita.

oh that's weird since I tried looking it up on the web store but all that showed was the ps2 version. Well, that activates just fine then.
edit: found them. web store needs better initial search results is what I learned today.

I think people will be happy with the ports that are coming. One, in particular, was much requested last fall.
I definitely *have not* seen the entire list of games that are going to be there though. But as of now there's a few ports and everything else we already know about (kz, tearaway, etc). Price drop won't happen until a later date. I have no idea what their show is going to look like either so I don't know if it gets 2 minutes like last years or a decent section like it deserves.
Kinda wish it was X-Com, seems like a perfect portable game.
I think I'd be happy with localizations of games already made, and games already promised for the west. *glares at Sega*

Maybe people in this thread, but if you look at Amazon.com, the number of used Vitas for sale outnumber the new ones.
51 new from $224.99 69 used from $158.99 (by contrast, the 3DS is 85 new from $181.00 11 used from $164.95)
Unless it's a massive game like Borderlands 2 or Diablo 3, well, I don't think it matters. If it's something like Journey, ugh.

Get both. Both are absolutely worth playing. P4G is better though, only because its the full version of P4 and then some.
25 new game announcements (even of existing games on another system)? I don't think I've ever seen that many for one system in the history of E3, lol.

Hi all.
Been a while since I posted in here. 6 weeks ago my son was born and life changes quite a bit when that happens. My iphone and nexus 7 have been my saving grace to give me some kind of gaming during this time because your free time goes down the wazoo.
Anyway I finally fired up the Vita the other day now that my son is sleep a little better and I get a tiny bit of free time at night. After watching the Giantbomb quick look of Guacamelee and thought it looked pretty fun so I bought it and now I'm hooked. Its an old quick look but taking an hour to feed and settle a child every midnight you get thought them pretty fast.
Few hours in and really liking it and it has some really clever mechanics with the dimension switching stuff. Kinda inspired me to play more Vita again as well.
Anyway.... what have I missed?

Not if they're at a similar quality to Jak & Daxter, Ratchet & Clank FFA, and Epic Mickey 2.
