Must have been desperate fans willing to bargain for anything. Although I suspect others would have wanted Sony to pick it up for publishing.

of course it did, if startropics gets announced 99% of people will be freaking out and acting blindsided as well. doesn't mean that talking about it didn't happen.
you know platinum has a big fanbase on nintendo consoles? i don't see how asking for that game would be desperate at all, or why they'd default to sony. especially since sony has their own action game.

I was more talking about exclusivity in general. When Sega announced they were restructuring everything and schutting down several projects, Bayonetta 2 was one of the first to go. There were a lot of people who wanted to save the game, no matter what.

I really tried to watch that again but when it got there I shut it off. Id rather watch the E3 11, and the september and january directs.
I knew this was going to happen; the moment it reached a week away it would feel like forever. When you know it's weeks or months away you can cope with it, but the closer it gets the more unbearable the wait is. It might as well be a year away right now, the wait is that excruciating.
2010's conference was a favorite of mine. Sure, there was the wonky Skyward Sword demo, but afterwards, it was bomb drop after bomb drop.

Luckily since it's all prerecorded there should be less of those awkward moments that ALWAYS happen at Nintendo's E3. That doesn't mean there won't be other fails along the way...

That conference was just a brutal tidal wave of disappointment. The right at the end, when you think it couldn't possibly get any worse; Nintendo Land fireworks!
At least 3D Mario, Kart and Smash will mean we wont have to face that again.

I actually don't. The Dojo is part of what killed the excitement for it for me at launch. Practically everything had been revealed beforehand. People were disappointed at the roster because the characters we didn't know were all pretty much old characters, with everything new already having been revealed.
