Gotta say, I'm really happy they went with a Direct this year instead of going live in front of an audience. I honestly can't remember the last Nintendo Direct we've got that hasn't delivered. Since this is their new format of releasing information, I expect every Direct to be awesome!

Yes, the Wii U doesn'T mind but if you ever want to link another NNID to your Club Nintendo account you can't because the old one is still tied to your Wii U's NNID. I think guek had that exact issue, that's the only reason I know about this.

I think whatever they do will be great. 64, the galaxies, and 3D land were all fantastic by any measure. As long as they don't make it like Sunshine where there are only a few levels way too much collecting it should be a treat.

My guess about the whole giraffe thing is the Re2 remake.

That would be what we would WANT them to do. What it might actually be is an RE6 Gold Edition type of deal. You know, because the giraffe is associated with the 6 in the RE6 logo. What does a giraffe have to do with RE2? I think there were zoo animals in the RE Outbreak games so you might even get a new Outbreak game or remakes LOL. But RE2? Aside from it being the most requested Resident Evil thing outside of releasing the scrapped builds of 2 and 4?

Yeah I'd bank on Geoff's Giraffe tease being Wii U (or 3DS, but likely Wii U) related, the teaser pic has a Wii in it clearly, and he tweeted prior about meeting Raggie after E3, to me this sounds like a The Wonderful 101-type post conference/direct unveiling.

You can easily check if your WiiU purchases show up then you did and if they don't then you clearly didn't

If they show off anything of Zelda Wii U at E3...Than Nintendo E3 2010 is beat with Mario, Zelda, Smash Bros, etc at this Direct.
