Since Nintendo already acknowledged the next Zelda in the January Direct I'd be surprised if they won't adress it again next week in some form. Something like "Please also look forward to the next Legen of Zelda game for Wii U" at the end of the Wind Waker HD segment accompanied maybe by some kind of artwork sounds reasonable to me.

I was thinking the same. Maybe throw a title out too. Give us something to speculate wildly over.

By the time Wind Waker HD was announced, they were still researching what artstyle to use for the new Zelda.

Shouldn't be that difficult a decision.

Yeah, I think Nintendo should stop making experiments with Zelda's art style. I love Wind Waker's cel-shading and I adore Skyward Sword's style, but it's quite clear that the majority of fans prefer Zelda to be a little more realistic in style. It's not a coincidence that Ocarina and Twilight Princess are the two best-selling 3D Zelda games by a country mile. I don't think they are in the position that allows them to make risky experiments with one of their most popular franchises.

Does anyone else want an HD Zelda in the vein of Twilight Princess. I think a game with that art style could garner some grand appeal for the Wii U.

I'm also probably the only person for Star Fox and F-Zero games that aren't just railshooters/racing games.

Yes. I expect videos of games specially designed around WiiU (Smash Bros, FE x SMT, Bayo2, 3D Mario etc.). Allready hyped.
