Amazon US opens DD "Indie games store" with a nice sale

Amazon Indie games store

"The Amazon Indie Games Store helps independent game developers reach more customers, and helps customers learn about more creative games and the people and processes behind building those games. "

Also, 100% of sales goes to developers! At least for the launch bundles, probably not all the time for every game.

To buy from outside the US, simply use any US address as your billing address.

A few things to note:

I wish Amazon had way better deals on individual titles. As is it, most of their bundles are almost worthless to people who've been in PC gaming for a while -- they might only have one or two games that I don't have already.

which sounds pretty crazy. ALSO, he is asking if the devs would be alright with selling the bundled games a la carte fo $1 or $2. So you might want to wait a little before you decide on your purchases!

Oh shit!!! That bundle is even better than the Indie Quintet, because I don't own any of those o_O edit: oh waiiiit it doesn' have the Cave :(

Also for those who like supporting devs, buying these packs where 100% of revenue goes to the devs is better than normal Amazon or Steam deals.

It's a port of an iOS game. Kind of pretty, but very shallow and not very interesting.

It's an arcadey space shooter converted from iOS, where it was a very highly rated game. Doesn't mean much though ;)

Galaxy on Fire 2 HD is actually quite good and very pretty. Played it on PC. Unfortunately we don't get the DLC. It can be a bit repetitive but it's definitely worth a few bucks.

I'm totally new to steam and pc gaming in general. The deal on the bit trip games seems legit (I'm used to buying overpriced XBLA games so :p). What say you fellow PCgaffers?

A few things to note:

- I'm quite certain the Steam DRM listed on the Mac version of Blockland is an error as while the game is on Greenlight, it hasn't yet been approved. If somebody wants to take one for the team, go right ahead. ;) (Edit: Existing purchasers do get Steam keys in the event the game is greenlit, however.)

Since xelios said he'll sort it out (sorry; I was originally going to post the list in the Steam thread until I saw this dedicated thread), I'll just mention that the four-packs are pointless as the per-head cost is the same as buying the game individually. I would have listed them otherwise.

Actually your lists are fine Jase, no reason to apologize. Just gonna alphabetize and mark bundle entries with drm. Thanks again for doing the work.

Edit: I think the Steam thread would still appreciate you posting your list of Steam deals there.
