I reckon a ND game announcement will have more of an effect than FFV exclusivity. Because even then, who is to say that FFV will not get ported to the X1 later like TitanFall.

Everyone expects new ND games for PS4. It wouldn't have nearly as much of an effect as a third party exclusive - especially if Sony is helping make said exclusive.

If MS going to show a bunch of 3rd party games i don't need to see them again since they not going to look any better .

I think it's important to have balance. I expect both to be mostly dominated by first party titles, but third party games are also needed. I don't necessarily think Sony has to match MS punch for punch in terms of exclusives, but they can't get drowned out.

But it's looking more and more like we're going to have to wait until Monday to find out because it seems like Sony really has figured out how to lockdown everything. They're probably the last one that you'd expect to be able to do that.

While I didn't like the XBO reveal, what I heard from MS was the reveal was part one of a two-part reveal. I don't know why anyone was expecting them to announce their big titles when E3 was less than three weeks away.

Xbox reveal was supposed to unveil next gen exclusive versions of Battlefield, FIFA and Madden while unleashing a console with 12 GB of RAM and an HD 7970 because "MS has more money to spend".

I'm wondering how MS will find time for all these games in their conference now that they have MGSV exclusive.

Most of the big ones already multiplatform don't forget UC3 sold over 5 million copies .

However I got the impression it wasn't something getting announced at E3, more like something to show Square's loyalty to the Sony brand...
