I guess they will show multiplayer at spike and save single player for the conference. They have to show Killzone at the conference though, they must be pumping a lot of $$$ into that game.
I agreed we already seen those 2 games, a more in depth look is all that is needed.

Agreed. We already got a SP demo in feb and we know the game looks great. Save the MP reveal for GC. I kinda would have loved to see Knack get a spot at the presser, but this will do.
Glad that it frees up some time for other games. I hope InFamous SS gets a proper gameplay demo.

So if PS4 is as perfect as possible but the chassis looks like that... you would have a problem with it? It's just the box. Keep it cool and maybe have an awesome blue light that flashes and rocks my room with massive subsonic bass then shuts off, or on. Other than that.. it's a box.

Agreed, especially since that Feb demo was fully played on stage, all of us who are interested have probably already been sold on it, leave the multiplayer for a second hype wave later in the year (GC does sound fine).

As a product designer I would be very disappointed if it looked like that. Product design is an art form unto itself. I'm not worried I made the joke because I know Sony wouldn't make something so uninspired. I just wanted to make fun of the rendering.

Although to be fair, it doesn't really sound like they have any idea as to what Sony's showing at their show. Their MS conference description seemed much more specific.
I don't understand you people. Does it really matter what it looks like? Will that effect whether your buy it or not? Everything in your living room is a black box. Your TV...black box. Your cable box...black box. Your game console...more than likely a black box...DVD or Blu-ray player...black box. Surround sound...black freaking boxes all over the damn place.

I guess I am kinda worried about that. If I remember correctly, the ACIII demo felt rather long with them showing both parts, and all for a multiplatform game that had already been partially shown at Ubi's own conference.
It would be best if stuff shown before like that was limited to hype trailers with mention of the exclusive features at the end at most.
