How in the world do you keep doing this? Amazing work as per usual.

Gotta Scale it down haha
I'm sorry... my hype is uncontrollable. Don't ban me

I think I need this more than Versus, which, by the way, looked awesome years ago. I can't imagine how it'll look on PlayStation 4. I always wanted Square Enix CG-like graphics, and we're just getting closer and closer.

Don't know why people are disappointed at Destiny being given a live demo.

I think Destiny has a big chance of being the *next big thing* in online gaming. Do not rule out Bungie.

Especially after how utterly disappointing CoD: Ghosts is, people are going to be looking for something new instead of the same yearly iterations of CoD.

Sony was smart to partner with Bungie, and I'm extremely excited to see first gameplay demonstrations of their vision.

Four hours layers and we're already past 1500. Hype in full effect.

Close to sleep, then work, then E3. Hot damn I am pumped.

Ok this is better haha

No, they're really not. They're some of the worst offenders during this whole Xbox One debacle. Even Polygon has had more balls and spoken out in favor of the gamers during this shitstorm.

GiantBomb is a joke.

Yeah, I was shocked when I watched their latest MS DRM breakdown video.

Looking forward to it. Currently not hyped by the PS4 or the outlook for the Vita, but hyped for the PS3 (Last of Us, Beyond 2 Souls, GTA V, GT6).

It is up to you Sony to convince me to buy a PS4 day 1 (I did buy a PS3 day 1). Or to kill it as masterfully as MS killed their xbone.

And I hope Sony does not forget the Vita completely. A remote player for the PS4? I hope that is not the best they could come up with.

That plus the art style they went with. That sleek modern look just feels great with their designers.

The battle scene in the skyscraper office building with the ridiculously detailed walls looks amazing.

I think it's really interesting how a lot of the locations in the trailers were based on actual real-world places. The Diet building in Shibuya, St. Mark's Basilica in Italy...they're really trying to evoke a "Real Earth" feel with it, which is something even FFVII didn't bother with. If the art style is that consistent throughout the game and you don't spend half of your time exploring little medieval hamlets (Star Ocean, I'm looking at you here), the game is going to be an absolute monster.

And I need Shenmue.
I wish I've never seen that image of Suzuki and Cerny :/

I don't think the hardcore PS fans really care about FPS games...PSX never had any good FPS's, neither did PS2....

Yeah, I feel like Sony made a great call with that partnership. Bungie seems to love PS4 and I can see it taking over once CoD starts to wane.

Destiny does have nice concept art so for that reason alone I'm excited to see gameplay.

Can I ask in all seriousness why you guys care about these heavy CGI games?
I really don't get it, I actually thought a huge portion of FF fanbasery was diminished in this past generation, now that in game graphics have significantly increased for games the graphic fidelity in the ingame cutscenes is largely 'good enough' (see: Mass Effect)

Are you guys just hardcore RPG fans? Do you like the storyline? Do you guys just really love high end CG? I mean I've seen a day and a half of people posting OMG OMG please more FF posts here and not a single screenshot 'wish for' post with a screenshot has been anything but CG. No talk of the apparent game attached to the CG at all.

I don't get it.

I'm personally really excited to see Destiny, and I'm glad that Bungie has seemingly really taken to the PS4. I think they've got some neat stuff up their sleeve that we won't see coming. Definitely not wasted time, it will be a big PS4 gane, third party or not.

Yeah.

Side Note: Damn good sight noting Star Ocean, always such a tease with the scifi planets and spending most of your time on backwater worlds. Love the series though!

Yeah, of the two important shooter teams (Respawn & Bungie), I'd always back the one coming from Activision from a financial standpoint.

From a creative standpoint, I understand there has to be FPSs, but I dont give a shite about them :P

I really hope they changed the UI. they should just make character portrait an artwork like Kh or just CG artwork. those heads moving like crazy was kinda bad

I am pretty sure there was a statement from Nomura saying that the UI was tentative. I dont remember if it was from Famitsu or the Ultimania guides though.

Totally agree with you, especially if this is the primary version as it seems to be. A fantastic partnership if true.

Just a reminder to people in here that Knack and Killzone are going to be shown on GT with new footage at 3 EDT tomorrow afternoon. Delicious Killzone gifs should help speed the wait along.
Oh yes! Looking forward to this. :)

The tearaway pods in the Sony booth are handmade. Media Molecule <3

That is so awesome. Tearaway getting some love is nice.

I wasn't talking in terms of console wars, but the personalities are brilliant, and they aren't pricks, and after E3, I am sure they will talk about the utter anti-consumer crap this DRM is.

I think I watched a different video to you anyway, becuase they were not congratulating the Xbox One's direction.

Moving heads are next gen as fuck.

Personally, I really like the modeled heads in the UI. The facial animations there are really cool, since it's a one to one translation of what they're actually emoting during combat.

If they weren't moving around as much - if it was just their head in profile emoting the same way they're emoting in the game world - it'd probably be a lot less hokey. Especially since it seems like there's going to be a lot of talking during combat.

Yeah.

Side Note: Damn good sight noting Star Ocean, always such a tease with the scifi planets and spending most of your time on backwater worlds. Love the series though!

Star Ocean 2 was on my top 10 PS1 RPG list, I think. Once the series went fully 3D I think I lost my love for it though. It was the first major JRPG to hit the PS3, so I did suffer through 4...

I think they've taken to it because the of the whole 'shared experiences' ethos behind the PS4 matches their own for Destiny, which they describe as a 'shared world shooter'.
