I'm basing my conclusion on the rumors throw around. I'll be happy if Sony prove me wrong, but going by their past conferences, I somehow doubt it. However, contrary to many posters, I don't put much weight in conferences and reveals; what I have always been concerned about is to have a machine that will be nurtured and cared for by first, second and third party developers for the entirety of a generation. Sony have met my criterion for three generations in a row...and that what matters to me!
Oh, and if TLG and FF Versus are there, all will be forgotten!

they need to save stuff for Gamescom and TGS. two big markets for sony.

It's not exclusive but CBoaT mentioned that they are money hatting third parties to not mention PS in such a way so that potential consumers relate that game to Xbone and not PS4.

Famousmortimer said it wouldn't make sense to have a price drop now (with little new software over the summer) but it would make sense nearer the release of Killzone Mercenary in September.
Dunno if he's basing that on anything or if it's just his opinion, but still.

But if what people are saying is true, MS could reverse the situation due to a stronger line-up than Sony.

What they probably mean is that they'll have more 3rd party game reveals . Sony will probably have more First Party stuff. When in doubt, remember the wise words of Gopher.
Microsoft will come guns blazing. They have to, in order to quell the shirt storm regarding the DRM. Question is, can Sony keep it sweet enough that gamers won't get duped and will stick to the PS4. If Sony don't have as many exclusives they should capitalise on showing off the graphical/performance differences in multi platform games, provided they're allowed to. Right now nothing official boasts their hardware performance dominance over the XO, and Microsoft will keep pushing the BS cloud processing line to downplay it.
