Sony has to want it though. Assuming Nintendo will be as passive as ever regarding their home console, and with MS betting the farm on a $500 console, this is Sony's generation to lose. If they come out with anything less than $349, it's game over.

However, this is Sony, I think a $599 price is a strong possibility.

Metal Gear Solid 5 and The Witcher 3 are both multi-platform games. Dead Rising 3 and Titanfall aren't proper exclusives either. Basically, I'm not sure what MS are thinking, but SCE is going to embarass them from the looks of it.

I'm still befuddled by Kojima. He's happy to show other games for Sony, but not MGS5 only on their stage. I don't know if it's because of his fascination with Western development, and the fact that he feels associating MGS5 with Xbox One like this will help give a more stronger impression to the West, or maybe because he felt SCE has other content being displayed which may not give his game the time he feels it deserves. I don't know, but I'd be interested to hear exactly why.
