I have my eye on Pandemonium 2!

Probably going to wait and see if it makes an appearance in one of the dailies, even though 2.99 is a nice price.

Also I just realized I bought Wizardry 8 like a week before it went on sale.
...Well at least it's as enjoyable as ever.

Heads up, daily deals will be anywhere from 75% to 85% off, so best to wait until the last day to buy games at 50% off (which weren't featured in daily promos).

If the previous sale was anything to go by, daily deals will be predominantly bundles, plus there will be one or two recap days.

More GOGs ported to Mac; Mainly System Shock 2.

We're continuing to expand our Mac catalog and along with System Shock 2, we give you ten more classics. As of today you can play Blake Stone: Aliens of Gold, Realms of Arkania 1+2, Return to Mysterious Island, Realms of the Haunting, Normality, Amerzone, Nox, Megarace 1+2, Atlantis 1, and Jack Orlando: A Cinematic Adventure on your Mac--hassle-free, and of course, DRM-free.

Thanks for the warning; was about to buy System Shock 2, Magic Carpet 2, Secret Agent and the first two Duke games... but now I'll wait and see if they get any cheaper.

And from the other thread,

I know that some people will have questions about this so here are some exceptions for the promo:

Square Enix, Bohemia Interactive, Capcom and Interplay catalogues will all only be on promo for one week.

Games which were released recently are not included in the promo. A handful of other games are also not included for various reasons.

Eador titles are 30% off and Night of the Rabbit is 20% off.

So games by those publishers will go back to full price in a week.

Didn't really have the funds, but picked them up anyway because of a good deal.

Grabbed Tomb Raider Revelations/Chronicles and System Shock 2.

Sad face as I know I won't get to them for a while.

Been wanting a new desktop for a long time now and really wanting to make it a Mac. It wouldn't primarily be for gaming but damn if I don't want to play some classics from GoG and Steam on it, whether natively or via Bootcamp. SS2 is one of the games I most want to play - so I like where all of this is going!

I'm hoping Gemini Rue goes on sale by 75%. I know it half off now, but I kind of want to try that game out and still don't want to pay $5.

Just signed up for GOG cause I really wanted to play Theme Hospital for some reason. Picked up Fallout 2 cause I never played those games. Cool service, run fine, no install problems.

Make sure to check their individual game forums for threads on modding, which are usually stickied. Fallout 2 has some nice fixups, especially the resolution patch.

Huh... wonder what the La Mulana update did.

Not that I even have the game yet :(

Wish it was on sale. I'll probably have to suck it up and just plunk down $15 for it. As long as it's good, I don't mind.

Dammit time to go on a GoG buying spree.

Anyone know if Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 Platinum is worth getting? I have the regular RCT3 but never got the expansions.

Seems to be a minor update

Hi everyone,

We have uploaded a Universal Update that will bring up your game to version 1.5.5.1.

While there isn't a huge changelog, here's what's changed:

Corrected some Russian texts.
Fixed other minor bugs.

Thanks and have a nice day :D.

Some of these sale bundles are ridiculous. I feel really dumb for buying Torment and NWN at full price.

I picked up the Deus Ex bundle, King of Dragon's Pass, and The Longest Journey series. Had to show restraint in order to not jump on some of the good deals I'd never get around to playing.

The new Groupees Bundle of the Undead Build a Bundle includes the GOG redeemable game Zafehouse: Diaries. There is a two minimum $1.50 game purchase to get the bundle + extras. None of the other games are GOG redeemable, and I couldn't even begin to make recommendations regarding the other available titles. Just that $1.50 is a fantastic price for ZafeHouse: Diaries alone.

The bundle ends in seven days, extra bonuses will come soon. I would also assume that the GOG code you get from Groupees will need to be redeemed within a month or so. Older codes that they have sold have had expiration dates on them.
