That was by Avalanche Software (not Avalanche Studios) and they haven't touched a DBZ game since so safe to assume it will be nothing like that crap.

If Spike is developing it then the first thing that springs to mind is tenkaichi tag team which had multiple people on the field at once, not sure if it was co op never played it.

I just hope this game is good, as stated before they have had more development time then they had on previous games but...it could still turn out terrible.

Also, lol at the name. "Battle of Z" doesn't really inspire much confidence, I didn't even know "Z" could be battled for but in the world of Dragon Ball apparently so.
