That comic is great.
After a whole days worth of work, and an abuse of time traveling, my town is finally back in order after I lost it all last night. I'm still missing most of my bug and fish collection, and my house needs a lot of work, but my town itself is doing quite well. I'm about back to where I was at in terms of fruit and the shops are back up to snuff. I'm liking my new town pretty well so far. The layouts better, and my flowers are doing much better than in my old town. Thank you so much to the gaf-ers that helped me out. I wouldn't have been able to fix this without you. Now, onward and upwards.
And, hey, I managed to nab a Coelacanth so that's real cool as well.

So did you make a design holder alt at the same time you made your villager? I have to wait a whole another week now to put designs down. Feels bad man. I wanted to use that same path design too.
I can hold those roads + couple more stuff just fine. I'll see how I deal since I really dont wanna make another character just for that.

So I've been hoarding axes for the day I got the QR machine (today, yay!) and I was finally able to lay down some paths connecting all buildings in my town.
Still a work in progress. I need to chop down some trees that hide some small parts of the path but I'll get to that later. Also need to replant the trees I cut down and get some more flowers.
And now I'm going to try and catch a Coelacanth!
