I haven't played much of ARMA III yet (my PC's holding me back), what's going on with the circles near the helicopter? Are those impact points from gunfire?

It looks like flares coming from the chopper. If you look closer, there are some beneath it as well.

Of course! Thanks. I thought flares looked different to that though...more flame and smoke. But then I haven't seen them IRL, only ever seen "Hollywood" flares.

Finally finished the last chapter. The save games problem stopped me from completing this for a number of months...having the same points corrupt three times put a wet blanket on my enthusiasm to keep going. Honestly, how can a game be released with such a corrupt save game system?

You have a good eye for your own mod, sir!

The very first batch of Crysis 2 shots I took were vanilla textures, because I didn't activate the mod properly. I would say that out of the 48 shots of Crysis 2 I took over the last day about 6 or 7 of them were without your textures by accident.

The one you pointed out specifically is very early at the beginning of the first level, so I could easily go back and retake it.

I was actually thinking about making a post declaring I forgot to activate the texture pack for a couple of the shots I posted, then decided not to. Turns out I get called out by the modder himself, ha.

EDIT: Went back and took the same shot with MaLDo's textures actually on. We'll do a nice comparison. There is clearly more depth in the MaLDo textures, and the lighting is better.

God dammit! That'll teach me to not play great games through fast once I've started (and looking at screenshot threads). I like the DeadEndThrills solution. NeoGAF has a spoiler option in the advanced comment box. Use it.

I sincerely apologize for posting those Walking Dead shots. Even though this game is over a year old, I did not think before posting images from such a story driven game. Honestly, I was just excited to finally get through the save game gauntlet to actually complete it that I got lost in the moment and wanted to share.

I've completely removed the images from the posts and apologize to anyone who I've spoiled this game for. It will not happen again.
