Buy the game you want, get a code for Animal Crossing, sell code on eBay. You get your game, and we don't have to put up with this pathetic code begging, for which there is a dedicated thread already.

Luck out on a used copy. From what I can gather it is out of print (the day after I ordered a used copy the back orders for new copies all got cancelled on Amazon UK so you're left with third party sellers).

Makes me wonder why Square-Enix still have a demo up if they provide no way to actually buy new copies of the game (I guess an eShop version is a no go as it undermines the iOS version somehow...).

I knew that it was American, I just meant to say: the Asian region BluRay (region C). But apparently it's the US region one that's superior.

If you're set on black or white, black with monster hunter and nsmb2 is £175 and white with just nsmb2 is also £175 on Amazon.

I spent a few minutes having a quick look (I'm not very good with retailers outside the UK). For a new copy Amazon France has stock for €32.45. German and Spain Amazon are a bit more (~€35) both have 1 copy of the German version (I'd imagine these to be the exact same copy).

Amazon Italy is cheaper (27.99) but backorder with no date (so probably won't happen).

Can anyone help me piece together the cheapest way to get two 3DS XL's with Animal Crossing? Sure the LE AC bundle looks nice, but it's too expensive and I'd rather own a physical game than the pre-loaded digital copy.

My GF wants it for her birthday, and I simply cannot let her have a gaming device I do not own It'll be good to get her into handhelds, she's an avid PS3 player right now.

Hmmm... just been on thehut to cancel an order I made a bit ago, when I got 10% off pre-orders there. Problem is they seemed to have changed policy, so if you have multiple orders using the discount, you can no longer cancel part of the order. Now if you cancel you lose your 10% off on everything.

For £5, perhaps. I played it for a few hours but grew tired of it, been planning to go back but it has yet to happen. The game gets kind of repetitive (I guess that's true for all Max Payne games though) and it feels like they put 10 times more effort into the presentation of the story rather than the story itself. Has some cool moments though.
