MCHG - Jay Z's Best Producer Friends feat. Jay Z on his Samsung Galaxy S3 (tm)
man if i was trying to say positive stuff about this album, id stay far away from Yeezus
i mean even if you didn't like it, it makes this feel safe as houses
also let's not act like corny lines haven't been part of Ye's MO since jump
Would have thought there would be a Rihanna feature for a big single. Part II is pretty weak. BBC bumps.
Beach is better is too short. Dat beat.
Love the album.
I personally am not a Kanye fan, so Yeezus didn't do it for me.
Yeezus didn't do it for soundscans either, about to be outsold by Born Sinner.
Already has...and Wale lands the number 1 spot as well.
This. Shit is crack.
I think the total is still in Ye's favor. And Wale debuted at #1 with 160,000 albums sold, only.
Who went and told these dudes that truncating their lyrics was the way to go? You're way passed "dumbed down to double my dollars," Jay.
You can't really rap really densely over a lot of beats like these. They're too layered and bombastic. It's like trying to kill a Harry Fraud beat, you're not supposed to throw a jillion multisyllable type shits over those, you're just supposed to ride it. I'll agree that he came up short on the more traditional sounding tracks tho.
You say that until some mixtape ninja comes and bodies these beats.
well okay, we heard one of the best emcees in the game over them (Nas), and he stumbled all over himself. There might be some guys who could ride them with more swaggeur/less effort like a Future/2 chainz guy, but i expect most Joell Ortiz type rappity rap remixes of this stuff to be garbage.
ill be there watching you cheer on some corny Mos Def flows about drinking clean water and eliminating trans fatsCan only get better from the origin start point. /shrug
I am a big Wale fan but to be honest Bad is a huge hit on the radio.Yeezus is barely ahead of Born Sinner cumlatively. I give props to Wale pushing over 100k with no true mainstream hit. Then again Mac Miller also did over a 100k so I guess that's not too hard to achieve. Man I'm gonna make a mixtape and get a record deal if 100k is the new thing.

You ain't never lie.Heaven is the best track on the album. Tightest flow, solid lyrics, great beat
I like the hook too.Heaven is the best track on the album. Tightest flow, solid lyrics, great beat

My biggest complaint is that he didnt bring what he brought to this track to the more conventional sounding stuff like Picasso Baby. Missed opportunity. He must have taken his Metamucil when he recorded that.Heaven is the best track on the album. Tightest flow, solid lyrics, great beat
All right after having a shitty night at 2 clubs and finally sobering up imma try to listen to this
So the verdict so far is BP3-2?
Terrible opinion. Finish the album first. So far BP3 had way better beats. Just listen to "Off That" a few times instead.
I'm only 1/3rd thru tho ;D
