Scared of getting the equivalent of "logtrapped" from last EVO.
Skullgirls won't die- the PC port will make sure of that. AE wil live as well if the PC port gets the update, and GFWL isn't shut down.
Got a feeling PC is going to end up important for fighters next-gen, provided there's a way to keep macros out (not really a problem for SG though due to how it's designed- AE has a huge problem)

What else is he supposed to do? Put work into a viable team beyond what he worked out on day one or learn matchups?
The least they can do to help seeds is let them play against the same people they body every week.

GG is an amazing game because it's super easy to get into at low levels, it's fast as fuck, has awesome music, and the game just gets deeper and deeper the more you play it.
Anyone that says GG is harder to get into than BB is most likely a stupid fanboy. It's seriously one of the strongest things about the game is how easy it is to pick up and play if you have any sense of fighting game basics. Fuck I would say P4A is harder to get into than GG
Are you west coast or east coast? If you are west I'll play and give some advice if you want.

Im sure Seth can pull it off if anyone can. The problem with SFxTK is hardly anyone stateside plays it seriously. The game is pretty deep with lots of great characters. Do we see any of that shit when its on stream? lol no

I'm on east coast though I'm definitely not as good as Q, I wouldn't mind playing and giving pointers either. There's also others like Solarpowered, Master Milk and such that play and are learning too (me included). Make a post in the GG OT or in here for matches and things.
Magneto, Chris, Arthur, Doom, Storm, Taskmaster all use Drones to great effect. A zoning Nova/Dante can use Drones too.
What does that have to do with anything? If you need something for horizontal Doom already provides a Beam. There is no zoner in the game who can't cover the horizontal plane himself.
Hidden Missiles is going to do shit against Wolverines and Vergil.
Chris, Doom, Nova, MODOK. Not every but quite a few have them and those who do make great use out of Vajra.

If it wasn't for the Autocombo, lack of 360's, and lack of SRK's, maybe I'd agree on Guilty being easier to jump into than Persona. Maybe.

in a sense it feels instantly rewarding and at the same time it makes it harder for some people to learn the game past that level

IMO, from easy to get into to hard, it's: P4A -> GG -> BB
P4A's just too easy to get into because you don't have as many types of blocks to worry about, lots of symbols to tell you why you got hit, easy button combinations for actions, simpler inputs, less normals, and Awakening being an easier comeback mechanic for newbies because of extra defense and new super.

I forgot Iron Man too. His best assist is Drones and he gets full combos off of Vajra. I also forgot Trish for Drones although she is much better with Missiles. If you want to include Thor as a zoner then he gets great mileage out of Drones as well.You left out Captain america who get's mix ups, zoning, and extensions off it

I think the biggest problem for Trish/drones is she can't really protect sent that well vs other zoners. Missiles works way better in that situation because if doom gets hit by stray fire while she is off doing her own thing the missiles that got out still go.

I just picked up GG a couple of weeks ago and definitely a great game to play. Also easy to learn. Depending on character combos aren't that tough to learn either. Plus the game does some nice stuff w/ FD and I never feel like I got randomed out (except for eddie, that guy is mad bullshit).

He's honestly really really simple.
I sub him for fun he has a really limited move set outside of having a summon out, and when those are out he still has a fairly simple oneFor the doggie try to ignore zappa keeping a mental note where he is and focus on the dog. If the dog is up in your face don't fuck with zappa. For THE REAL LAST BOSS OF THE GAME just pray
