I still have my Trunks avatar/MangaGAF badge of membership from him. If I didn't feel like my current avatar wasn't iconic enough, I'd totally stick with that.

I really want Smash to be treated as like a "behind the scenes"/"TMZ"/"MST3K" type of meetup for the Uprising cast. Just have KI characters banter it out while ripping on one another for their performances (or lack of) in the game. :lol

Eh I disagree. The only bad Brawl music I listened to were the ones that relied too much on orchestra and SSE music.
While I agree that Mute City is not as good as the old one, I disagree on Gourmet Race. If anything, Melee's version isn't not upbeat at all and slowed down by the "epic"-fying of the orchestra. Sakuraba knows energetic music and it shows in that piece.

They're based on different versions of the track though. Melee's Mute City was based on the F-Zero X version of the track, while Brawl's was based on the SNES version. It's credited like that, IIRC, and the different intro segments makes it obvious. I do agree about the Melee version being better though. Also, Melee's Mute City bgm is in Brawl for the Melee stage Big Blue.
I think there's room for one more. I don't think Waluigi is the most probable though. Most people say Bowser Jr., but I'm expecting Toad.
I'd be so cool with a high speed tiny grappler/striker/judo Toad, but man I want Daisy or Rosalina waaay more as the fifth Marioverse rep.
Also, I need a new reveal. Badly.
There's 2 Gourmet Race songs in Melee.
Dreamland 64's and Fountain of Dreams. You're referring to the Fountain of Dreams version, which imo, is really fuckin' good too and fits the stage it is on thematically/aesthetically. BUT when I'm talking about Gourmet Race in Melee, I'm primarily referring to the Dreamland 64 one, not FoD's.
Whatever, it's the same song regardless, so I'm going to compare them between the Smash sequels, not between the F-Zero sequels lol.
Also, lol I forgot Big Blue for whatever reason doesn't have Mach Rider in Brawl. I blame that on the fact that I never play on that stage and because of my continuous use of custom music instead anyway.

I can understand Wario Land. But seriously, he's a no-brainer for WarioWare. He should be the next game's highlight.
I'd actually rather have a Wario Ware character than Waluigi if there could only be one from a Wario series. Kat, Ana, Jimmy, or 18 Volt could all make interesting characters.

I would love to, but I already called for other characters before Pit so I don't think it's fair because if I decided to wear Pit then I would more likely to ditch him for other characters that I called for.

New character, simple model, doesn't take up much screen real estate? It's a weird choice. I think they were just desperate to have a new character as an unlock.

If we were to have a Mario sports rep, I think Daisy would be preferable imo. Would be weird to see her athletic-wear as default though, but I think she'd be better than Waluigi in the department as she's been around for ages.
I can kinda see Waluigi though, having the "clumsy villain" moveset, seen with the most stereotypical "idiot henchmen". He has barely any significance, but I don't mind if he gets in. Though I just think Daisy has been overshadowed as a character for some time (apparently she's a tomboy!).
