When they first announced it, it wasn't even in development. KI:U was just finishing up and they agreed on two versions.

The Sora recruiting site had Smash Bros. development planned as being anywhere from 2 to 2.5 years, which would put this game's release between May and November 2014.

Regardless of what you think of the game, Sticker Star's soundtrack IS legendary.

Agreed. I wasn't a big fan of the game but the soundtrack is great. I played that game a lot longer then I felt like just because I liked the new tracks.

Dreamland 64's and Fountain of Dreams. You're referring to the Fountain of Dreams version, which imo, is really fuckin' good too and fits the stage it is on thematically/aesthetically. BUT when I'm talking about Gourmet Race in Melee, I'm primarily referring to the Dreamland 64 one, not FoD's.

That's correct. But the Brawl trailer had more characters generally.

I think Yoshi is almost definitely going to be up next, given the fact he's the only one from the 8 original starters that's missing still. I also wouldn't be surprised seeing one of the veterans from the other 2 games either or instead (Ice Climbers or Zelda for Melee, and Olimar, one of the 2 Kirby characters or Diddy for Brawl would make the most sense), as well as 1 newcomer to keep the hype flowing.

The remixes can be cool but I enjoy hearing the original MIDI versions of songs as well. Assuming that there will be a smaller team of musicians working on Smash 4 I think it is safe to bet that the game will have a more consistent sound.

I just want Brawl's music menu back. That was top notch.

On the topic of music... I hope they get rid of songs that didn't really fit the mood of the game. Like Midnas Lament, while a great song, just didn't fit in.
