I already have FTL, but how would I take a picture of my wishlist for any future giveaways? Is it F12 like when you're playing a game? Or just take a picture with my phone or something?

Press the Print Screen button, open any image editing tool (Paint), press CTRL+V and save it.

Or just use The Windows Snipping Tool.

I have 800 MS Points in my Xbox gamertag I created years ago that I didn't get to use before I got rid of my 360 at the time. Is there any way to give them to someone or do something with them before MS claims it back?

You can actually pay 800 MS pts to change your gamertag if you need to use that credit.

You should be able to change them here: http://www.xbox.com/en-US/

Under Account Settings click on "Change Password".

For changing E-mail click on "Contact Preferences".

It doesn't. When you change your e-mail through the contact preferences link, it creates a new xbox profile with a new gamertag. There does not seem to be a way of changing the e-mail associated with an existing gamertag without having an xbox 360 to do it.
Oh well, wish I could gift someone 800MSP but it's not going to happen I guess.
