He said he'll reimburse the donors (yeah, right) or the money is going to the next tournament (most likely) once VxG pays them. So basically, the FGC will be sponsoring EMP instead of VxG.

Triforce just said if you put a note in the donation saying "the money is an advance and you want it back" he will give you the money back after the VxG money comes thru.

The one time I went to evo it cost me about 300 all day. 150 on gas since we drove, about 50 on food, all dollar menu stuff, and the rest on alcohol/gambling. Drinking on the slot machines is the way to go, get on penny slots and tip a buck a drink, which are free. For non tipping gaf if u don't tip the waitresses aren't comin back around lol. I could have probably spent less on food if I wasn't high for 95% of the weekend

They haven't even officially announced who's streaming it yet I think, even though Sp00ky put it out there.
Kinda ridiculous considering how close we are to it and there's no info about that or specifics about the scholarship sub or anything.

The shit going on now is exactly what's wrong with the community. It has been for a long time. The dry rot is now showing. I've been involved in one of the biggest majors for 13+ years and shit like this happens more and more and more. It's fucked up and it irritates me that these players and folks like empire can ask for money and just get it. People like triforce have been shady for 10 years and yet they still get rewarded. God damn.
Perhaps it's just compensation and they were asked to book themselves.
Jaxel streaming this is the most WTF. Also worst timing to do a stream for this sort of thing ever.
