Honestly, I think she's very talented, and I wouldn't mind hearing more of her music. Although, I actually preferred her style more as Stephani Germanotti than Lady Gaga. One of my favorite songs of hers isnt' even on any of her albums:

I like her. But in Born This Way she was too melodramatic, I missed the fun of Fame Monster. Hoping that ARTPOP is more POP than ART.

Also, PLEASE KEEP YOUR MUSIC VIDEOS SHORT. Bad Romance is one of the best videos ever, but I can't watch anything she made afterwards.

I have a feeling The Fame Monster will end up being the pinnacle of her career, with Bad Romance being her signature song.

I'm not even the biggest fan of hers, but Fame Monster is an undeniably fantastic album/EP/whatever-you-want-to-call-it. I'd be surprised if she ever tops it.

Will listen. It would be nice if this album somewhat resembled The Fame Monster in terms of consistency and staying power. Born This Way had its high points but it was kind of all over the place and not a single track was on par with the best of Gaga's earlier hits.

Yeah I kind of agree. People were making MJ Thriller comparisons to Bad Romance. Still holding out hope that ARTPOP can regain some of her status lost after BTW. BTW isn't bad, but it also isn't the album that I wanted.

Born This Way was a kind of risky album for her but it's also unique as a pop album because it's more or less entirely hers and she owns it almost completely. She also alienated a lot of people by creating a very strong link between her and her fans (and let's face it, it's kind of creepy too). But still, I love most of it, there are three to five tracks that I don't use (when we're talking about the expanded edition) but otherwise I really like it. It has soul and you can feel the effort she put into it.

Although I personally loved Born This Way, aren't all sophomore albums the most difficult for artists to pull off? That's if you don't include The Fame Monster as her full second album.

Personally, I'm incredibly excited for the single and the album. Not sure if anyone else in the pop scene gets me as excited as Gaga.
