No evidence = No conviction. The system works, as far as that's concerned. Prosecution did a great job with what they had, but O'Mara and West put forward a great defense.

Civil suit to come, I'm sure.

Now, I hope we can turn our attention to the gun laws in our communities that help lead to pointless deaths like this.
