Of course you can. And really Valve is taking the chance that someone comes along and creates a 3rd party site that facilitates these types of sales and they lose out on their cut. Maybe they feel it either is not likely or that not enough people would use a site like that for them to worry about it.
Also, it was nice to hear a Lysander cast again. I really enjoy listening to that guy cast games. Too bad his co-caster is literally the worst caster in the business.
Ah yes, the ultra rare immortal item that only 350k+ people will own.
Hoping it some nice stuff though. Ideally it would be 1 item for each hero on the final winning team, but that would require us to have to wait a few more weeks.
His ult does less damage when there are more heroes in it though.
I guess it would be ok with the added damage from those spells itself and team members helping.

You know Skywrath doesn't really synergize with those heroes right? Damage from the flare is evenly distributed among all the heroes it hits.
You'd be better off with a Furion sprouting a single person in, or other similar disables.
Skywrath is a single-target killer. You'd definitely want a good clockwork, or something of the like, not someone who is going to catch all of them together and spread out the damage of your ult.
A Ward would work, courier would be a bit redundant with all the stuff that has gone into the Smeevil already.
Sure it was a mistake? I mean, they have 10 seconds to stop it. But that does explain why the game suddenly ended when it looked like it would stretch on a few more minutes.

If this was a bug it would be a big deal. I haven't checked but I'm sure it's not a bug and Demon was lying. Seemed more like trolling to me.

I thought tournaments counted gg as a surrender before especially in formats that use the time matches take to determine ties?
But not built into the game though, which presents some issues.

Yeah demon must be blind if he didn't see the countdown in the corner and stop it.
For Dota, the sell-able types of items are Immortal, Genuine, and Unusual items, Chests, Consumables (Things like Keys, and Battle Bonuses), and Taunts.
it's really retard- poor, hope they change it.
and yeah, something like /gg -gg would work way better.

I had a fun dirt league game with Skywrath and me as Treant long lane. Easy kills on my ult.
Soul Catcher doesn't become less effective though, it just becomes unreliable.
