Can they achieve the dream?

Can they make Laurel useful?

Boss trailer, though.

That may sound like a noob question (and it is) but would it be possible for this version of Green Arrow to appear in the Justice League movie?

Good news everyone!
Black Canary is in the house!
Mostly because
blonde Katie Cassidy is best Catie Cassidy.

It might be in the realm of possibility (like, maybe if this show was a Walking Dead style megahit), but extremely unlikely I'd think. They'd just do their own thing.

Felicity in that trailer. She looks stunning as usual. In other words my body is ready.

Cannot wait for October.

Blonde Cassidy is shown in the trailer, which pretty much sets the demise of Awesome Black Canary 1.0 in order to be replaced by Laurel.

I think you're mistaken, bruh. I saw no blonde Cassidy. Not that 1.0 isn't doomed though.

By the way, rewatching that trailer it's hilarious how Laurel's big action moment in it is running around awkwardly in the collapsing building for her files, causing Tommy's death.

Hmm, Season 2 trailer makes it seem like
there will be a time skip. Lots of emphasis on "The Hood" being gone for so long, along with Oliver.

So this show is actually good?

The great:
-The action
-A legitimately crazy main character who kills like a hundred people (while telling other people they shouldn't kill)
-Hot girls and guys
-Manu Bennett

The not so great:
-The writing
-The family drama (but this gets less and less focus as it goes on)
-The acting
-Laurel
-Laurel
-Laurel

Just don't take it very seriously when you watch it and you'll prolly have fun.

So this show is actually good?

Yes. Definitely best straight superhero show on TV and better than most superhero movies. It has some weak acting and sometimes gets too deep into family drama, but overall it really feels like a well thought out comic book put on TV screen. The pacing is very fast, the inclusion of flashbacks is done wonderfully. Plus the writing is actually damn good and avoids lots of plotholes that plague typical superhero stories.

Also..while acting can be meh, a lot of actors there have tons of charisma on screen, which is enough to make you cheer for those characters.

Overall, it's not a masterpiece that will win emmys, but it's really damn fun and makes you excited for each new episode. And we have a pretty kick-ass community here that strenghtens the enjoyment of the show.
