Either $40 or $35. I bet there will be a deal on amazon where you can buy both versions for a discount like Monster Hunter 3.

If it was the same game, maybe. However, these two games are technically independent from one another

There was originally games priced like that. MH3U was £40 on Amazon for 3DS before about £47 on Wii U.
But ever since, prices have adjusted.

It's probably a Moving stage a la Delfino Plaza or Skyloft, not a sidescroller.
Does seem to be a scrolling stage or just a long map, because it appears half the screen's elsewhere.

Guys... it kind of looks like an upward-scrolling stage. Look at the platforms near the top of the screen and the hole at the bottom... Oh, I really hope not. This is too pretty to be a stage I never want to play on.
EDIT: Also, as much as I hate to admit it, upward-scrolling would fit the theme of Kid Icarus all too well, as that could allow us to see everything from the Underworld to Skyworld and everywhere in between. Sakurai...

Horse racing solitaire (Gamefreak's new game) should be in Smash.
I find the villager one to look pretty bad. It just doesn't look like him at all.
That idea isn't half bad. I'd like that. Scrolling up into the sky seeing the whole of the world. Makes a lot of sense! As long as we get some dialogue too, i'm happy.
The problem is the eyebrows, if you cover them up he looks much better.
And his head isn't chubby like he's supposed to be. Like a leaner Villager.
Maybe it will. It depends how true Sakurai's comment was when he said handheld stages will be based on 3DS and console on Wii U, though I can imagine him switching it up a little. But then again, that'll be selling points; "Oh, that cool stage is on 3DS/Wii U, should give it a shot!" etc.
Yeah, the screenshot looks terrific. It looks spot on and if you view it on the 3DS it looks really nice. (Native screen)
I'd like it to scroll upwards, that'd be amazing to go from the ground up. I can imagine many people complaining about it too.
I'm kind of expecting another 3DS shot tomorrow with this stage in Reset Bomb mode, providing that's being added.

Shush, I'm trying to getting people overhyped for this week. ;P
It's a bomb Virdi used to wipe out Humans from fighting and destroying Earth's natural beautiful. It essentially resets whatever it touches and turns it back into a nature like state.
In the stage it'll likely be purely cosmetic and possibly blind the screen when it implodes.

Well, Viridi was upset by humans' greediness so she want to reset the world with no humanity. She decided to create Reset Bomb to get rid of humans and bring it back to it's nature state. I believed that city in the picture was erased by reset bomb.

I wonder if they'll do any 3DS charater reveals before showing off their Wii U counterparts. I'll admit I'd rather all the character reveals be the Wii U version because I want to see that HD prettiness.
