You can't order online but you can check the stock of your local stores. I have the brown one and it's awesome. Highly recommended.

Crush3D's registration survey is only worth 20 coins.
Oh well. It's nice to get a functioning Club Nintendo code in a used game.
I think I bought Crush 3D for like $5 new. Still in my backlog, but I've enjoyed what I've played of it so far.
I don't believe the game was ever sold for more than $20.

I have FE:A, but never registered the CN code. I only had the free DLC and demo linked to my account when I registered SMTIV, but I also got the credit.

Guys please don't spread this, my smt 4 have not arrived yet and I don't want them to fix this :| I have the Asia ntac copy with dlc too. Hope it still work then.
I decided to pull out my code for SMT 4 and that same thing just happened, I also don't have FE:A.

Yeah I just registered my SMT4 LE and ended up getting $30 in eShop money.

Click on "Account & Coins", then click on "To-Do History." That page will have the full expiration dates for surveys including the year.
Not sure if related, but the other day I got an email from Nintendo thanking me for buying Fire Emblem Awakening and suggesting I might like SMT4. I haven't bought FE yet (going to get it today).

It don't have any expiration if you redeemed the code already. But if you were talking about the code itself "$30" then you have until Dec 31 to redeem it.
"The code must be redeemed within the Nintendo eShop by December 31st, 2013. Once credit is added to your balance at the Nintendo eShop, there is no deadline to use your increased balance."

I have the shin megami tensei iv code from my game, but it happens that I do not have money left for buying fire emblem (which I'll do, just not now), if someone (specially the ones who did this with the free dlc without registering) would trade me a luigi's mansion 2 or monster hunter tri ultimate code for it...

I got a download card at Gamestop for Fire Emblem Awakening. To those who downloaded FE, how long did it take for the registration survey to show up in your CN account? I'm worried because the eShop gave me an error right after redeeming the code. I had to go to my downloads list to get the game.

On my experienced, it took me about 20-30 mins for the survey to show up.

They will expire, although you can check your coin status and it will tell you when you are getting closer to losing some. They last a long time so you probably wont have to worry.

Bought the Mario posters and the Donkey Kong posters just now...not really interested in anything besides the Hanafuda cards, and I could use some more posters. That's 9 posters from Club Nintendo...and I'm not even a big Nintendo guy!
