I'm not. You're asking a bit much for screenshots. All the major announcements would likely feature in a Nintendo Direct.
I'd love to see new stuff, but it's unrealistic it'll happen through a quick development shot.

Im guessing it might be on one of the higher ended carts (didnt 3ds carts go up to 8gbs?) but if i had to place a hard guess im guessing maybe 3gbs?

I'm willing to put hard cash down that Yoshi won't be shown off until closer to Yoshi's New Islands release. Not necessarily to advertise the new game, but I'm pretty confident there is a new Yoshi Game based off of some location from that game.
Wouldn't be Super Smash Bros if we didn't.
