I bought my Vita 8 days before the price cut of the mega pack, I bought Guaccamelee 2 days before the euro sale deal. Nothing matters anymore!

I literally just bought one too.

Well not literally; I bought it last week. But it is coming today!

I got it when it was 54.99 on Amazon. It's already back up to 70+.

Even if they do announce 64, I won't be bothered unless it's the same price/cheaper. 32 is still four times what I have now!

thats a great deal - i never saw any mention of that amazon deal! - anyways enjoy your 32s. regardless if new cards get announced, you're definitely big boy vita owners. enjoy carrying a huge library where you go. its amazing.

i dont understand the attraction of these pet sims... i mean maybe to children because its like their own living stuffed animal...

but adults should just play with their own real life pets...

Cats are evil. I might have to clean my dog's butt, but at least I'm not worried all day that my pet is plotting to murder me.

Even the rare ones that don't actually hate you will put dead stuff on your bed. They're just fucking evil.

That's what makes cat so interesting as a partner, while Dog makes a good companion. And Rodent is excellent as a toy.

EDIT: Is there any chance that PSN US will put Guaccamelee or Hotline Miami on sale?

Circumstances can keep adults from owning said real life pets. This can range from pets not being allowed where they live to being allergic to said animals.

I live in a tropical environment, so I can't own dogs that grow a lot of fur or else they'd suffer from being too hot under the collar 24/7. This rules me out from ever owning a Husky here, despite it being my favorite breed of dog. Best I can do is play the Nintendogs version that has Huskies in them.

Got my Vita on Monday and couldn't hold out for Gamescom. Bought a 32gb card on Tuesday. Had Best Buy pricematch Newegg ($85) and used Rewards Zone certificates to get it down even further.Between the PS+ games I've been saving on my PS3 and the current sale, I'm already down to 10gb of storage.

Or.....get a cat!

DW Next is great fun.
I can't wait for next week. The game has been on my radar since launch, but I have never owned a DW game. This upcoming deal is too good to pass up, considering it's either 66%-80% off (the PSN ver) depending on the retailer (of the physical copy).
Hey guys, just a reminder I'm giving away a bunch of DJ MAX stuff including:

Posters signed by the artist and producers
Soundtracks
Free copies of the game
Technika 3 Posters
Platinum Member Cards

All you have to do is check out my review and comment on it with what you think of the review and the franchise itself. We also packaged things into different levels of giveaways, those are listed here.

Also, I have a pretty cool surprise to reveal for when the contest is over for people who didn't win the game :)
Done and done. It's a shame I'm disquss-ignorant, I posted before I changed my username. My internet anonymity is gone!!!

my FL is so condensed. If i haven't played a game or talked to you in a month

'YA GONE!
This is what I need to do. Seriously. Deleting one or two every few days is tedious.

Hold up...Vita Pets does NOT have cats? What is...I...wha?
I mean cute puppies are cool and all but come the fuck on.
I'd get Aab animals if it weren't for the AR thing, cute animals on the Vita would keep my niece and nephews entertained and quiet for as long as I need them to be

Well to be honest that pets game has probably the biggest production value among the genre, it has voices(in different languages i guess) and adventures/quests in a little world/map. The AAA of pet sims?

well obviously if you like something and can't have it you find a substitute, but if you're love of dogs is that strong you wouldn't care the breed and just get a suitable dog to your environment, lifestyle, or hypoallergenic etc. because a real dog is 100% better than digital one (none).

and if you refuse to get any live pet, but are dying to play a husky sim to get your husky ownership on, then you're more far fetched than a crazy cat lady.

to each their own though. i just don't get the appeal at an adult level. I guess I can see it filling some infinitesimal void if you 100% can't have a pet though. somehow.

looking forward to next weeks sales - this week just didnt do it for me. debating over soul sac still. its only 25$ normally, so i don't see it as that big of a discount. it's easily impulse buyable at 25. I need that sucker under 15 for a genre i have no interest in.

Yeah I was gonna say, I mean besides looking halfway decent the production values seem...impressive.

For a fucking pet sim game.

Gangnam Style is in DJMAX? Order canceled.

lol. not sure. I was just randomly listing a popular song.
I just want all my anime songs in.. like those from High and Mighty Color, and that Gundam Seed OP singer (can't remember his name for now) T.M. Revolution?

I did own a dog! He passed away last year though, but I'm not quite ready for another pet yet. Pet sims are a good way to fill in the void in the meantime.

Like I said, there's plenty of reasons to play them. It's a bit silly to just limit the games to a certain audience when everyone can enjoy them for whatever reason.

It's not called Vitacats for nothing you know :D

But seriously this Tearaway and Invizimals + price cut on both hardware and men card could be big this holiday with the kids and casuals.

I know how you feel, bro. Mine passed away in April and now everytime I see a dog I feel like hugging it. Even weird races like the one that appears in Men in Black xD

If I had a kid, I will insta-buy him Tearaway. Seeing their strategy, I'm seeing a Vita with cheaper components, like a LCD screen an so, for kids and people who don't want to spend 200-250 euros in a "PS4 controler". Putting a 50€/$ price drop and releasing a 150 euros model would be nice for the casual/kiddy audience.

Edit: Here in Spain, Invizimals is a quite strong brand. They are starting to market it in magazines for kids and such. And, seriously, its animated series should start any time this year. I hope it gives the Vita some momentum. Its AR is pretty cool too, if I were a kid i would show it in my school anytime i could.

i feel like tearaway is a perfect game to gift a vita with for any age.

You can gift it to me. Like three or four times. I seriously have a problem with that game.

I always wanted a cat but I end up getting dogs.

Hey, I still love my dogs.

The internet is powered by cats. Obviously this means the Vita pets game has no multiplayer. They must plan to include the online play in the Cat DLC.

Well since Divekick is next week, I'll say week after that, so 26th US, 27th EU? Pretty sure Derek Yu also tweeted later this month.

This caused me to look through his tweets and find that post from 08-06. I would be pumped if it was the 26th.

I'd be fine with the week after as well.

Prediction:

DLC pack 1: Gorilla £9.99
DLC pack 2: Alpaca £9.99
DLC pack 3: Duck-billed Platypus £9.99

DLC bundle for all three, £25... including bonus cats (cats only available as part of this bundle).

You heard it here first.
