Also what moves does that Pokemon have, could determine if it's Crobat or not. He'd be an excellent choice for a Mega. The Mega button looks like a break glass in case of emergency button.

Legend of Thunder? No, since that's definitely in the current anime's continuity (one of the characters from it, I think her name was Marina, shows up on a t-shirt in the Diamond and Pearl season).
