Another wildly mediocre episode in my opinion. Almost never disagree with Sepinwall so I've been somewhat surprised at his opinions on these two episodes. He had some criticisms of last season's writing which I agreed with, dunno why those have disappeared.

Eek well i guess there can never be universal praise

Also are people really saying fuck hank for his actions? Also fuck skylar and her complicity at this point. And fuck marie for trying to take holly.

Told you guys, Hank would need Jesse to get hard proof to take down Walt.

Fuck Walt.

Yeah, I figured that Jesse would be his downfall. I wasn't sure that he would work with Hank. I figured he would just eventually turn himself in, because the guilt was too much to take. Although, this makes more sense, seeing as Jesse wouldn't be as motivated to bring down Walt if it was the first scenario (he would just take responsibility for himself, and face justice for his guilt). But with Hank talking to him and telling him how Walt has ruined so many lives etc., you could see why Jesse would then feel obligated to turn him in.

Just read through the posts made during the episodes. I wrote down your names, #teamwalt. Me and the rest of #teamhank are gonna be over here making cracks about gomez' balls.

ohhh my god wow, the semantics on these guys WOW.

Last blu ray was "The Fifth Season" this one is "The Final Season".

JUST WOW.
Yup. Same reason those who bought the season pass for season 5 on Amazon/iTunes don't get these latest episodes as well, due to the fact they're marketed seperately as The Final Season.

I have no idea how their collaboration will play out, but I've had this feeling for so long that we'd have a gentle, sincere conversation between the two.

walt is basically lying there dead on the floor pleading with skyler to take the money and make him somehow worthwhile. jesse started the episode throwing money out of his moving car.

don't make finale predictions or "calls" or anything. i can't resist reading them and some of you guys should probably be television writers. it's scary, i just want to enjoy it.

All I hope for, is for the show to end with an incredible song montage. Has to beat Season 4's ending.

Damn, another great episode. I'm losing years off my life watching this, so intense.

Nice. Michelle Maclaren is perhaps the best director Breaking Bad has.

Oh yeah, she is fantastic. She's also joined with the Game of Thrones directing team (did two episodes in season 3 and is doing two more for season 4).

is talking bad good? or.. "good"? i watch at my friend's house and i never stick around. the whole #amiunderarrest thing and how they push it directly after an emotional scene has been pretty tiresome so far.

it's kinda cool to hear the principles talk about the show, because it's usually not pr bullshit, but the show's structure is pure t garbage.

Basically AMC's HSN for Breaking Bad

been waitin on this
