Did you even manage to use the code in a second order? One question; I had to break them into two orders, due to a limit of £10 saving per order, but the second order was below the £50 limit. I added a £1 pre order for Titanfall, with an idea to cancel that later.
Looking in the order summary I can't cancel a single item. Does anyone know what I can do with that pre order? Can I cancel once the game has been sent or could I use that on something else as credit?
I went for the steelbook instead of the day one edition for Forza though. love me a steelbook.

yes. you need to use a US address on amazon when buying codes (remember to change it back should you buy something physical!)
Actually the accounts aren't linked, blahdvd customers (like me) need to open a new account on base.
I believe the coupons work for new accounts, or accounts where it's the first order.
