Well now... that's taking the protective instinct to a whole other level.....
I was slapped across the face by my 3rd grade teacher, while my Mom was ready to shed blood, I'm thankful she didn't since the teacher lost her job and my Mom didn't get arrested.

Comments on Local News page seem to suggest the kid recanted his story and said the teacher never touched him after his Mom went crazy. Son is only 5

I'm so thankful that my parents trusted me when other people would blatantly lie... well, it was a kid younger than me who told his parent who came over to harass us. So I can see both the good end and bad end of trusting a kid :/

Eh, when I was in third grade, my math teacher (who was female) threw me into a locker and slapped me a few times for not doing my homework. Nobody believed me. We had a meeting with her and other teachers, my parents, the principal. My parents were the only ones who believed me. So I got into trouble instead.
To be honest the school system here in the states can be pretty bullshit. Two years ago my sister (17 at the time) was in band and her band teacher was a total fucking pervert. He pulled her aside in class one day and told her he dreamed she and him were vampires and they sucked the blood from each others necks and proceeded to have sex. My sister said he would always stare at her in class and make her extremely uncomfortable. When my parents blew their gasket and brought it to the principal, they said it was her word versus his and basically told my parents they're shit out of luck because the band teacher is more important than a student.
Police were no help either. Said their hands were tied. Fucker is still teaching band to this day and who knows what sick shit he could be doing or do in the future.
Be honest, what did you do.
Nothing could excuse that, but I am genuinely curious. Was she just psycho about some little thing, or did you do something horrible?

your 7 year old kid just told you their teacher molested him in class. in anger, you drive to the school/teacher's home, proceed to beat the shit out of him to near death.
now you get arrested, and then your kid tells you he was just lying just so he can get out of a test/homework.
so now, you're charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, and will most likely get sent to jail for the next 20 years.

No, fully admit I was a complete fucking shit as a kid but I was also a puny kid too. Aside from having a vomitous personality, I was fucking 8, she couldn't handle me without slapping me so hard I had a bruised face? She pulled the religion card too, she said I was raised to hate women because I was raised in an Islamic household. The Irony here is, after my Dad left, I was raised by my Mom, my Grandma, my adoptive older sister and my biological older sister. I shit you not. :/
A lot of who I am today is because of my upbringing. And yeah, that teacher channeled her frustrations on to me.
But yes, I was a pretty obnoxious kid up till middleschool/highschool(when the maturing process began), I fully admit that.
edit; As for what I did that set her off, I honestly can't remember. =(

Its depending on the severity of the scratch, imo. If it was something petty then the mother completely overreacted. If it was relatively large for a scratch, I think a good slap to the face would've sufficed.
Whooping the shit out of someone for a scratch is pretty fucked.
