If you're really dense and/or trolling, here's an answer for you: If they get an NSL, then chances are very good that law enforcement can get their paws into that stuff. Keep in mind that they haven't done this as far as the public knows for Kinect V1 video feed, so they would actually have to build infrastructure to allow this kind of access for V2. Law enforcement will probably be able to get basic metadata information like when you turned on your console and what you were playing, text information is easier to capture/process than video.

Two? Wasn't Blades at least 3 years? It was like before Gears 2 launched when the NXE GUI that ruined the system happened.

The problem is rather than ask a serious question that you know the guy can give an answer to, some will just say things with the sole intent of showing disrespect to the guy, which I think gets us nowhere. I don't think there's much of anything wrong with asking him a tough question that perhaps puts him on the spot, but if the question is too combative, it may not even be worthy of a response. I think this largely gets lost on many people.

2.5 to 3 years then. X-box launch was Nov 2005. NXE was... Nov(?) 2008 then. So yeah...

But yeah, Blades was nice. Only 1(!) Ad that was pretty small on the blades, Marketplace was kinda clunky but better than the Marketplace revamp they did with NXE and unlike NXE it didn't bury things that it had in different places.

Major Nelson, on a scale of 1-10, how awesome is the " X One"?

no but seriously, MS has no qualms about spending money for exclusive content for games, but mainly for western studios. what can we expect in terms of japanese support?

360 was the champ at the time. My most vivid memories from around launch were playing Tony Hawk to the music playlist that came preinstalled on the hard drive. I didn't have LIVE until 2007.

The next Persona is an Xbox One exclusive. Isn't that enough? lol there'd be a total meltdown if that were true, which it isn't.

I want more Mistwalker titles so bad, but I don't think that's happening. It would be awesome if Sony approached them for some projects, since I still believe they made the best next gen jrpgs last gen.
