Aren't the 3DS stages supposed to, in some way, be focused around the portable versions of whatever player the stage is based off of? I thought I heard that somewhere...
But at any rate! The Robot museum would be an awesome Mega man addition for either version!
Any Mega man stage, really, has the potential to be frikken sweet.

Personally I would love a tribute stage to Mega man V for the Gameboy. A Wily star, for example, would be fun!

The only shared stage we've seen so far is Battlefield and that's just a generic Smash stage in both, they've stuck to their word in regards to basing stages on portable games for the 3DS version so far.

Wily Star would actually be a good choice if he does get a 3DS exclusive stage.

No doubt! And, by looking into it, the robot museum is in both a portable AND console mega man game! Totally forgot that Mega Man and Bass had a robutt museum. (though... it's not quite as in-depth as the console counter-part )

Yeah when the announced the price drop for the premium they announced they were discontinuing the white basic model. I have the wind waker edition that should be here on Friday! Would be nice to get a limited edition pro controller with gold zelda from to march my gamepad but that'll never happen

When that happens, just be one of the characters they chose and then attack the other player who uses the same character as you. They'll be confused and will attack you and the other person, and then everyone will start fighting.

Reggie's excuse with the Wii was that they obviously didn't need more color options when it was selling like warmed cakes. Now that the Wii U is currently selling like cancer I wonder what the excuse is now. I miss color varied Nintendo.

Colors are frowned upon and are considered "teh kiddie" nowadays. Maybe Apple putting colors in their new iPhones will stir up a color revolution.

The red Wii is fantabulous. I liked all of the color concepts for the Wii. What an awful bait and switch they pulled.

At least the 3DS can be kinda colorful, even if its almost always black or white in the inside (half black for the original model). I guess it just comes with the territory, seeing as portables are usually viewed as kids devices, and colors are usually viewed as childish...

Nicest thing about the Animal Crossing XL is the great balance between white space and the colorful symbols.

I wonder what the inevitable Smash special edition systems will look like.

Mario - Dr Mario, Tanooki Suit, Referee (from punch out)

Link - Fierce Deity, OOT (simple tunic with white tights)

Mega Man - Proto Man (I would DIE for this since we won't get a second Mega Man character)

Peach - Mario Strikers uniform, Biker outfit (Mario kart)

Samus - any of her alt suits: I.e. Varia suit

Villager - Female Villager

Zelda - SS Zelda

Captain Falcon - Ganondorf

Olimar - other explorer from second pikmin (can't remember his name)

Can't really think of any others

I really wonder what the music in this game is going to be. I really loved the idea of having a ton of different composers pay homage to tons of music, since it meant we got a lot of surprises. That being said, I still think Melee has the strongest individual soundtrack. You had a little bit of everything in there, full orchestras, amazing metal covers, it was just insanely well composed. I kinda would've liked SS Link and Zelda because they'd look a bit different and they might've redesigned Dorf too which could've been interesting. But the TP designs are good so whatevs.

Sucks that Dorf might have his kinda lame FS back though. Maybe they'll make it controllable like Giga Bowser.

I was just thinking about how unfortunate is was that SS Link and Zelda would not be appearing as playable.

It also breaks the tradition of representing the most recent incarnation, which is something I might be ok with if he didn't stick to TP/OoT Link.
