The Vita needs Monster Hunter 4.
As much as Type-0 would be great, I couldn't trust Square Enix to spend anything less than 2 years on what would amount to nothing more than a PSP up-port.
(And I say this as someone who has no interest in Monster Hunter and would Day 1 purchase Type-0.)
Square Enix is a complete joke of a company. In a perfect world, they'd have been absorbed by Sega Sammy instead of Atlus.

i know it's a good game (I played this series since CM) but it not what people hyped for though.

I hope "soon" is within the next couple of days. The teasing is bordering on irritation, rather than excitement.
Vita needs more AAA JRPG's. Persona is really the only one I'd consider top notch (excluding PSP / PSone titles).

As stated in the other thread, it better be Type-0 and the Tales games. They both need to be localized and will be day 1 purchases for me...
Better be both, you hear that Shahid, both of them, I mean, they already have English versions.... now jsut retranslate the VITA versions to English. Easiest translations yet...
In regards to Type-0. I don't really want the PSP version. I want the rumored HD upgraded version built for VITA with trophies.... Now that woud sell units Shahid...IT WOULD SELL UNITS....

I do feel sorry for anyone currently looking to sign Indie titles for a first party; half the people clamouring for it want the big-name titles and pooh-pooh anything they've not heard of; the other half think that the big-name titles 'don't count' because they've already played them elsewhere, and are much more interested in new ones.
